What is my login information for the site?

• If you have an existing account your login will be your email address. You can enter your email address and hit “Forgot your password”. You will then need to follow the email prompts to gain access.

What if I don’t have a login for the site?

• You will need to fill in your contact information to apply for authorization. Once approved you will receive an email with next steps to login.

I see Credit Card Processing Fees on my bill, what are those for?

• A credit card processing fee will be applied as 4% of your purchase total. If a credit card is not used for the order, then this fee will not apply.

How are shipping fees calculated?

• When you enter your credit card information you will see an estimated shipping charge, but the actual shipping charge will be applied after a product has shipped out. Any charge that you see on your credit card before an order ships is for the authorization only, and may be up to 20% higher than the final amount actually charged. This accounts for any shipping cost variance.

My shipment hasn’t arrived or only partially arrived?
